Shipping - Australia
We use Australia Post regular service to ship your order. Note that the regular service is with tracking but uninsured. If you would like the order to be sent by registered mail or by express post please contact us on [email protected]
Freight rates are based on Australia Post charges. Use the View basket option and then Calculate Shipping option.
Shipping - International
Use the View basket option and then Calculate Shipping option. Any local taxes, customs duties etc. are the purchaser’s responsibility.
Delivery
After payment confirmation, we will ship within 1 or 2 business days. Australia Post delivery times are from 2-6 business days. For larger orders, we may use a courier service.
International delivery times will depend on the shipping method that you choose and the country of destination.
Orders can be tracked via the website.
Wholesale Customers
Please select the WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS shipping method.
Due to the nature of our products, shipping costs are usually by volume weight. You do NOT need to pay now.
We will calculate the best shipping option, including the use of courier, and send you a revised invoice for payment.
Note that we have a rehouse and fulfilment center in Denver CO. Orders to our business customers in USA, Canada, UK and some countries in Europe are serviced from Denver. For other countries we sometimes use USA or ship directly from Australia or India. The decision is based on ensuring that the customer gets the best freight option.
