RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not provide refunds or exchanges on items if you simply change your mind.
We will gladly refund, exchange or provide store credit if the product you receive is faulty, has been grossly misrepresented or damaged whilst in transit provided you do the following:
- You must notify us of the problem immediately via email/phone within 30 days of receipt of items.
- Returned goods are sent back at your cost if you have made a mistake in your order or decided that the item ordered does not suit your needs.
- If the item is faulty, we would be happy to pay the freight to have it sent back to us, so we can have a track for our selves as to where we can improve our quality control. Once we receive the item, we will send you a replacement at no charge (Yazzii will cover the postage for this)
While every effort is made to represent colours accurately, every monitor is different and we cannot guarantee the colours you see exactly match the colours of the actual.
